EDIX Metallic GP saddle pad

The EDIX child-size saddle pads with 8 pockets are the perfect solution for fitting pony saddles. They are tailored to the length of pony saddles and, thanks to the different insert compartments, allow you to adjust and improve the saddle position on often difficult or very round pony backs.

All pockets—both the top pockets and the large insert compartments—are fitted with multi-layer felt inserts as standard. The upper pockets allow the saddle balance to be adjusted, while the large insert compartments are designed to lift the saddle slightly off the spine and provide additional pressure distribution.

There are two large insert pockets on both sides of the spine, running along the entire length of the saddle, as well as three smaller pockets at the top to allow more precise adjustment of the saddle’s balance on the horse.

Other types of inserts can be used if necessary.

As there is no merino wool or synthetic wool on the underside of the saddle pad, it is particularly suitable for very round ponies.

EDIX universal saddle pads are suitable for both treeless and tree saddles.
