Under Latvian law, the owner of an online shop must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a clause is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations).

The Seller of the goods offered in this Online Shop, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the Goods in accordance with the Buyer's order.
The Buyer orders the goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer receives an order confirmation and a credit transfer invoice within 1-12 hours. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without signature. The invoice amount consists of the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery if the Buyer requires delivery. If the Buyer has gift cards or other discount vouchers, the amount of these vouchers shall be deducted from the final invoice amount.
The Seller shall ensure delivery of the goods within 3-10 days of receipt of payment for the goods, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the form of the cancellation letter to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request. The letter of request must state the reasons for the withdrawal.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of cancellation. The goods must be unused and undamaged. Any costs incurred in returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
the nature of the goods ordered means they cannot be returned, or are perishable or expendable;
the goods ordered are made directly for the Buyer to individual order
the goods were bought at a discount.
Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold the refund fee in the event that the goods have been damaged by negligent handling or failure to follow instructions during use, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods is substantially damaged.
By entering the necessary information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her shall be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the e-mail address provided. The Seller values the Buyer's privacy and uses the personal data received solely for the purpose of order fulfilment.
